Wise Words

On bikezone (or BZ), minkeychief writes his thoughts at 10000km. A number of them resonate with me, but here's one that's really on top:

It becomes harder and harder to watch loved ones, whether friends or family, deteriorate through inattention to themselves. You want to shout out how regular exercise changes everything. That it makes every minute of every day better, easier and more meaningful. But how do you get through?

And of course, this one:

Don't be guilty about wanting several bikes. A person who uses their kitchen once a week to make Maggi noodles can get away with one pot. A passionate cook who makes all kinds of food and cooks often, will need several different pots and pans if they are to cook well.
