Samba 4.0 has been released. Congratulations to the Samba Team and all the others who worked for over a decade to bring it to fruition.
I was a very small part of the project, and a couple of dozen lines of Python I wrote probably still exists somewhere in the source code and will soon be installed on millions of computers (and "devices") around the world. That's a first for any code I've written!
