OSMer

After nearly a year of owning a GPS, I finally got around to getting OSM maps onto it. There's a neat utility called pymagellan that'll convert OSM export files into detailed map IMI files for the Magellan series. Works great with my neighbourhood.

So with this incentive, I've finally begun contributing maps back to OSM. Turns out, the bicycling club is now frequently touring "unmapped" (atleast for OSM) parts of Bangalore and its surrounding areas, so after every ride I can contribute a bit to OSM.
